I ordered a EMG biofeedback yesterday, I had fabulous service from the lady I spoke to when I needed help with online ordering, she said she would try and rush through the delivery and she did … it arrived today at 11am, 10 mins before the patient was due in. you couldn’t have timed it better! Thank you for excellent service.

This morning I received the tens machine and leads as you promised. Don't worry everything is working fine as you said it would. I am writing to express my thanks and appreciation of the time and trouble you took on my behalf.

Unfortunately in this day and age 'Customer Service' all too often means "Sorry can't help" "Won't help" or "Not interested in helping"

So this is just to say thank you very much for the effort that you made for me.

I'm very pleased with the other items I bought as well - especially the 'web' which is brilliant for finger / wrist exercise of all sorts. If they haven't got it already, I am going to pass details of your site on to my Hospital Physio / OT dept: the one they recommended wasn't much use, and was very difficult to navigate, even for the reasonably computer competent.

Just to say that I was totally stunned to receive my order of Chemodol at 9.15am today. The order was placed on 11th May at 8.40pm, so that must be some sort of record - especially since I live in the hinterland of Edinburgh !
